The goal of a deliberative assembly is to leave the meeting in a reasonable amount of time, with a mutually agreed upon decision that was based on thorough debate, all while protecting the member’s rights. Believe it or not, it IS possible. Valoree Althoff is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian with the National Association of Parliamentarians and a Certified Professional Parliamentarian-Teacher with the American Institute of Parliamentarians. She has served various organizations for services including a convention parliamentarian, presiding, workshop presenter, and bylaws revisions to name a few. Valoree resides in the Southwest but is available to travel to serve your organizations’ needs. She is a Healthcare Administrator, Dental Hygienist, Professional Registered Parliamentarian with NAP, and Certified Professional Parliamentarian-Teacher with AIP.
