Laura Meade, CPP, PRP

Laura Meade is a professional parliamentarian credentialed through both the American Institute of Parliamentarians and the National Association of Parliamentarians.

She enjoys serving as a parliamentarian for organizations of all types and sizes, and is known to be the calm presence of knowledge, understanding, and common sense in sometimes challenging situations. She will help an organization’s leaders understand and apply their rules in a meeting or convention, and will discreetly assist the presiding officer with procedural issues as they come up.

Laura also enjoys serving as a:
• presiding officer — especially when a neutral facilitator is needed to lead a contentious meeting
• bylaws consultant — for writing new bylaws or amending or revising current bylaws
• board consultant – helping the board be more effective with its decision making
• workshop presenter – engaging audiences on different aspects of parliamentary procedure, leadership, and board service.

She is centrally located in the Midwest, but she is willing to travel anywhere.
