Dr. Bruce Bishop is a professional parliamentarian with over twenty five years of experience offering parliamentary services for his clients. Bruce has served clients ranging from small home owner associations to national organizations and agencies of the U.S. government. He has offered workshops for national labor unions, school district governing boards, state and national associations, and college faculty and student groups. His services include:

Bruce is an outstanding and motivating speaker and trainer. He is a professional educator and has worked as a college professor and administrator for more than 30 years. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in communication from San Diego State University and he was awarded a teaching fellowship at the University of Denver where he did his PhD studies, also in communication.
